1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Versalith ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

Versalith is an AI-powered blog generation SaaS that helps users create SEO-optimized blog posts through a multi-step pipeline. The Service uses third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to research, outline, write, and polish content. Features include per-section regeneration, image integration, and export options.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and maintain account security.
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Refrain from sharing account credentials or circumventing access controls.
  • Review AI-generated content for accuracy before publication.
  • Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited activities include generating illegal content, scraping or reverse engineering, reselling without authorization, and violating third-party rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

User ownership: You retain ownership of any content you input and of blog posts generated for you through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Versalith a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Versalith IP: The Service, its design, features, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Versalith. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription and pay-per-use fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions until cancelled. Refunds are handled per our refund policy, which is communicated during checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Versalith shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Versalith operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
