1. Permitted Use

Versalith is intended for lawful, commercial, and personal blog content creation. You may use the Service to generate articles, outlines, and related content for your own use, for clients, or for publication on websites you own or have the right to publish on. Use must comply with applicable laws and these terms.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service to:

  • Abuse or overload: Attempt to overload, disrupt, or compromise the Service, or use automated tools to exceed intended usage limits without authorization.
  • Illegal content: Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination.
  • Scraping or extraction: Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service through automated means, or circumvent access controls.
  • Reverse engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service or its components.
  • Reselling without permission: Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service in a way not permitted by your plan.
  • Impersonation: Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Infringement: Generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

3. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for the topics and prompts you provide and for reviewing AI-generated content before use. Do not prompt the Service to produce content that violates this Policy. We reserve the right to refuse to generate content we deem harmful or inappropriate.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine you have violated this Policy. We may also remove content, report unlawful activity to authorities, and take other action we deem appropriate. Enforcement is at our sole discretion; we are not obligated to monitor all content.
